Ingredients

1 lb. butter (real butter, lightly salted)
8 c. flour
1 1/2 c. powdered confectioners sugar (10x)
1 doz. egg yolks
rind of 1 lemon
Preparation

In a very large bowl, mix flour and sugar together.
Make a well in the flour-sugar mixture and add butter, egg yolks and lemon rind.
Mix all together with your hands until thoroughly mixed like dough.
