Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1 c. chopped nuts
2 1/2 c. quick oats
1 stick butter
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Melt
butter;
add
sugar
and cocoa and mix well.
Add milk and vanilla. Cook to rolling boil and boil for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes. Add oats and chopped pecans.
Spoon out on wax paper while hot.
