Sugar Crusted Apples - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large cooking apples
    2/3 c. sugar
    1/3 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/3 c. butter
    1 egg
    3/4 c. apple cider
Preparation
    Core and peel apples.
    In small bowl, mix sugar, flour and cinnamon with blender.
    Cut in butter with flour until mixture is crumbly.
    In cup beat egg and brush over apples.
    Coat with sugar flour mixture.
    Bake in shallow dish.
    Pour cider in bottom of dish.
    Bake 1 hour in 350\u00b0 oven.
