"Peg'S" Pea Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head lettuce, cut up
1 c. chopped celery
1 (10 oz.) box frozen peas, cooked 3 minutes in boiling water, then drained
2 chopped green peppers
1 chopped onion
1 c. sour cream
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 c. mayonnaise
grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Mix lettuce, celery, cooked peas, green peppers and onion in large bowl.
In a small bowl, mix the sour cream, sugar and mayonnaise together.
Add to lettuce mixture and mix well. Sprinkle grated Cheddar cheese on top.
