Zucchini Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. oil
    4 eggs
    3 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. chopped nuts
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. grated zucchini
    1 1/2 c. grated carrots
Preparation
    Beat eggs, sugar and oil.
    Add sifted dry ingredients: zucchini, carrots, nuts and vanilla.
    Pour into a greased Bundt pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to an hour.
