Crock-Pot Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
    1 onion, chopped
    2 to 2 1/2 c. red potatoes, peeled and cut into bite size pieces
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. lean beef roast, cut into bite size pieces
    1 (15 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
    2 tsp. salt
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in a 3 1/2-quart crock-pot in order listed.
    Cook 4 1/2 to 5 hours on high or 8 to 10 hours on low.
