Crispy Sugar Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 stick butter
1/3 c. Wesson oil
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1/2 tsp. salt

Preparation

Cream together first five ingredients.
Mix and sift together remaining ingredients, then add to first mixture.
Chill dough. Form into balls the size of walnut.
Flatten on cookie sheet with glass dipped in sugar.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
