Upside-Down Macadamia Nut Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. white cake mix
1/2 c. margarine, melted
1 large can crushed pineapple, undrained
crushed Macadamia nuts
Preparation

In a 9 x 13-inch oblong baking dish, pour in pineapple with juice. Spread evenly.
Pour cake mix over pineapple.
Sprinkle margarine as evenly as possible over mix.
Bake according to cake mix instructions.
Halfway through baking, sprinkle nuts over cake. Best served warm with vanilla ice cream.
