Breakfast Burritos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    1 bag Ore-Ida O'Brien hash browns
    2 c. grated cheese
    flour tortillas
    salsa
Preparation
    Brown sausage and remove from pan.
    Brown potatoes in 2 teaspoons oil and drain.
    Combine sausage and potatoes in pan. Beat eggs with 1 teaspoon of water and salt and pepper to taste. Add to sausage mixture and cook on a low temperature.
    When eggs are scrambled, fold in the cheese and stir until melted.
    Place egg mixture in warm tortillas and top with salsa.
