Southern Sweet Potato Pecan Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs, lightly beaten
    1/2 c. oil
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1 c. cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1/2 c. golden raisins
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Grease bottom only of an 8 x 4 x 2 1/2-inch loaf pan. Stir together flour, baking powder, salt and spices in mixing bowl.
    With spoon, stir in sugar, eggs, oil and milk; stir to blend.
    Stir in sweet potatoes, pecans and raisins. Pour batter into pan. Bake 40 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean. Slices much better if completely cooled.
