Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. cooked sausage, drained
    9 slices bread, cubed (day old bread)
    1/4 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/4 lb. grated Monterey cheese
    2 1/2 c. milk
    8 eggs, beaten
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Spray 9 x 13-inch baking dish with Pam.
    Layer sausage, then bread cubes and cheese.
    Beat eggs and add milk.
    Pour milk and egg over the other ingredients.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
    It's done when a knife comes out clean.
