Cheesy Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. lemon jello
1 c. boiling water
1 (6 oz.)can frozen orange juice
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese (room temp)
1 c. fresh or frozen coconut
1 c. grated carrots
1 med. can crushed pineapple
Preparation

Dissolve jello in water combine orange juice and cream cheese thoroughly. Add slowly to the jello mixture. Add coconuts carrots and pineapple and beat until smooth. Pour into mold and chill until firm.
