Cranberry Nut Bread(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. all-purpose flour
2 c. whole wheat flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. applesauce
1 1/2 c. orange juice
2 Tbsp. grated orange rind
4 egg whites
1/4 c. chopped nuts
2 c. chopped cranberries
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Lightly oil 2 large loaf pans (9 x 5-inch).
In a large bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients.
In medium bowl, combine next 6 ingredients.
Using as few strokes as possible, stir liquid batter into dry batter, just until batters are combined.
Spread into pans.
Bake for 50 to 60 minutes.
Cool 10 minutes in pan.
Remove from pan.
Cool completely.
Wrap airtight.
May be frozen.
