Angel Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs (whites only)
    1 c. and 2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
    1 c. pecans, chopped
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until foamy; add sugar slowly.
    Add vanilla while beating.
    Mix nuts and crumbs.
    Fold into mixture.
    Pour into 8 or 9-inch pan.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Cool and top with Cool Whip or whipped cream.
