Sugar Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
scant tsp. salt
scant tsp. soda
1 c. lard
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. milk

Preparation

Combine the first 5 ingredients.
Cut the lard into the mixture.
Add the beaten eggs.
Add the sugar and milk.
Roll and cut.
Makes 68 small crinkle edge cookies or 4 dozen large ones. Sprinkle sugar on top.
