Cottage Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 large, cooked potatoes, cubed
    1 green pepper
    1 onion, chopped
    1 small jar red pimentos
    1 stick melted butter
    2 slices bread, torn up
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    milk (to moisten)
Preparation
    In large bowl, add potatoes, cut-up green pepper, onion, pimentos, parsley flakes, cubed Velveeta cheese and bread.
    Add melted butter.
    Place all in crock-pot.
    Add milk to moisten.
