Sausage Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. bulk sausage (Owens, Jimmy Dean, etc.)
    1 medium to large onion, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 pkg. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 pkg. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
    3 loaves frozen bread dough
Preparation
    Allow bread dough to thaw completely.
    Brown sausage.
    Add onions and bell pepper to sausage and saute until wilted.
    Grease wooden cutting board or something similar in an area, approximately 10 x 13-inch.
    Grease fingers.
    Press bread dough into a rectangle approximately 10 x 13-inch.
