Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 medium unpeeled zucchini, grated (about 2 c.)
3 eggs
1 c. vegetable oil
1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
2 1/4 c. sugar
3 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking power
3 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. nuts
Preparation

Squeeze grated zucchini by handfuls to remove excess water. Grease two 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch bread pans. Spray with Pam and/or grease.
