Low-Fat Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    vegetable cooking spray
    1/2 c. non-fat vanilla yogurt
    1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. white sugar
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. ripe mashed banana
    2 egg whites
Preparation
    Sift together flour, sugar, baking soda and salt.
    Add all remaining ingredients and beat until well blended.
    Coat 8 x 4-inch loaf pan with cooking spray.
    Pour mixture into loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about one hour or until a wooden toothpick inserted in the center of the loaf comes out clean.
    Yields 12 slices.
