Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 dozen large, fresh mushrooms, cleaned and washed (chop stems and add to stuffing)
    1 block butter
    1/2 cup chopped shallots
    1/4 cup parsley
    1 lb. crabmeat
    bread crumbs
    salt and pepper to taste
    hot sauce to taste
    1/4 cup white wine (optional)
    1 block butter
    2 toes garlic, crushed
    white wine to taste
Preparation
    Saute seasonings in butter; add crabmeat and season to taste. Add wine and enough bread crumbs to make a thick stuffing.
    Stuff mushroom caps and top with bread crumbs.
    Lightly oil mushrooms so that they won't wrinkle during cooking.
