Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 c. salad oil
    2 c. pumpkin
    2/3 c. water
    3 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. soda
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. allspice
    1 tsp. cloves
    1 1/2 c. raisins
    1 1/2 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation
    Mix sugar and oil. Add eggs. Beat well. Add pumpkin, then water.
    Sift together dry ingredients. Add to pumpkin mixture, then stir in raisins and nuts. Grease 3 loaf pans; do not flour. Set on cookie sheet. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour. Cool 10 minutes and remove from pans. Wrap in foil.
    Can be frozen.
