Icebox Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. Crisco, melted
    1/4 lb. butter, melted
    1 c. white sugar
    1 c. brown sugar
    3 eggs
    5 c. plain flour
    2 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. nuts, chopped
Preparation
    Cream butter, Crisco and sugar.
    Add eggs, one at a time. Sift dry ingredients; add to shortening, sugar and eggs.
    Mix well.
    Stir in nuts.
    Roll in wax paper; leave in refrigerator overnight.
    Slice very thin.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven until lightly browned.
    Store in jar or tin.
    Roll may be kept in refrigerator for several days and cookies baked at different times.
