Cream Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can creamed corn
1/4 c. grated onion
1/4 c. grated carrots
1/4 c. cracker crumbs
1 tsp. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. bell pepper
1/4 c. sweet milk
1/4 c. oleo
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Mix together in 2 quart baking dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until set around edges.
Great for potluck!
