Irresistible Peanut Butter Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3/4 c. Jif creamy peanut butter
1/2 c. Crisco shortening
1 1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
3 Tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
3/4 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. baking soda

Preparation

Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
Combine peanut butter, Crisco, brown sugar, milk and vanilla in large bowl.
Beat on medium speed on electric mixer until well blended.
Add egg; beat just until blended.
Combine flour, salt and baking soda.
Add to creamed mixture at low speed.
Mix just until blended.
Drop by heaping teaspoons 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheet.
