Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten
    2 c. sugar
    3 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. cooking oil
    2 c. shredded zucchini
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix eggs, sugar, vanilla and oil.
    Sift in all dry ingredients.
    Will be thick.
    Stir in zucchini.
    (Drained pineapple and nuts can be added.)
    Pour into 3 one-pound coffee cans or large fluted pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for one hour.
