Pear Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1/2 c. wheat germ
    1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ground coriander
    1 c. lemon yogurt
    2 eggs
    1/3 c. milk
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 1/2 c. chopped pears (canned or very ripe, fresh)
Preparation
    Preheat
    oven
    to
    350\u00b0.
    Mix
    the
    flour, germ, sugar, baking powder, salt and coriander in 1 bowl.
    In another bowl mix
    the yogurt,
    eggs, milk and oil.
    Combine the 2 mixtures and gently fold in the pears by hand.\tPour the mixture into a greased 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
    Bake for 60 to 70 minutes.
