Peanut Butter Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 pkg. Hershey's Kisses
1 3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda

Preparation

Mix together butter, peanut butter and sugars with electric mixer.
Add egg and continue to mix.
Stir in flour, baking soda and salt.
Form dough into 1-inch balls.
Roll in sugar.
Place on cookie sheet and bake at 375\u00b0 for 5 to 6 minutes.
Press a Hershey's Kiss in each cookie.
Return to oven for 5 to 6 more minutes.
Cool.
