Zucchini Squash Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Crisco oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    3 tsp. vanilla
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 c. shredded zucchini squash
    1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1 tsp. salt
    3 c. plain flour
    raisins or crushed pineapple
Preparation
    Blend all ingredients together.
    Mix well.
    Place in a lightly greased baking dish and bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
