Surprise Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 box cake mix
1 or 2 eggs
1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip
powdered sugar
1/2 c. nuts, cherries or dates

Preparation

To one box of your favorite
cake
mix,
add one or two eggs, Cool Whip and mix well.
Form
into
teaspoon
balls and roll in powdered sugar.
Put on greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 minutes.
Add 1/2 cup flour for firmer dough.
You may make your Cool Whip from
the
dry
package
according
to directions.
One or 1/2 cup nuts,
cherries
or
dates
may be added.
Makes about 6 dozen cookies.
