Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. coconut
2 c. shredded zucchini
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Mix flour, sugar, soda and salt.
Add oil, pineapple juice and eggs.
Stir in coconut, zucchini and nuts.
Place in greased pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for one hour.
Cool.
Frost with cream cheese frosting as desired.
