Crab And Brie Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 lb. mushrooms
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 lb. crab meat
    1/2 lb. Brie cheese
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Brush a large baking dish with olive oil.
    Remove stems from mushrooms.
    Clean caps.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Separate crab into 1/2-inch morsels, discarding any cartilage.
    Cut Brie into 1/2-inch pieces.
    Fill each mushroom cap halfway with crab; top with a piece of Brie.
    Place on greased baking dish.
    Bake for 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
    Serve hot.
    Yields 10 to 12.
