Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. oil
1 1/2 c. mashed ripe bananas (about 3 large)
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
2 1/3 c. Bisquick
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Grease bottom of loaf pan, 9 x 5 x 3-inches.
Beat all ingredients 30 seconds with spoon.
Pour batter into pan.
Bake until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, 55 to 60 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
Cool 5 minutes. Loosen sides of loaf from pan with knife.
Remove from pan.
