Coconut-Pecan Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1 c. granulated sugar
    3 egg yolks
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine milk, sugar, egg yolks, margarine and vanilla in a saucepan.
    Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture thickens (about 12 minutes).
    Add about 1 1/3 cups coconut and 1 cup chopped nuts to mixture.
    Beat until frosting is cool and thick. Excellent!
