Sugarless Pumpkin-Oatmeal Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. canned pumpkin
    3/4 c. Sugar Twin (sugar substitute)
    1/2 c. Sugar Twin (brown sugar substitute)
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. ginger
    1 tsp. allspice
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. oats
    1/4 c. water
    1/2 c. raisins
    3/4 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease and flour 9 x 5-inch loaf pan. Combine pumpkin, sugars, eggs and oil.
    Mix well.
    Mix flour, soda, spices and oats.
    Stir into pumpkin mixture with water, raisins and nuts.
    Put in pan.
    Bake 30 minutes.
    Wrap and refrigerate.
