Transparent Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1 c. sugar
    1 stick margarine
    1 prepared unbaked pie crust
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 or 4 apples, peeled, cored and sliced
Preparation
    Melt margarine in saucepan.
    Add sugar and beat until dissolved.
    Add one well beaten egg and vanilla.
    Fill pie crust with apple slices. Pour mixture over apples and unbaked crust. Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 20 to 30 minutes.
