Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. margarine or butter, softened
    2 eggs
    1 c. (2 medium) mashed ripe bananas
    1/3 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour
    1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Grease bottom only of 8 x 4-inch or 9 x 5-inch pan.
    In large bowl, beat sugar and margarine until light and fluffy.
    Beat in eggs.
    Add bananas, milk and vanilla; blend well.
    In small bowl, combine flour, nuts, soda and salt; mix well.
    Add to banana mixture; stir just until dry ingredients are moistened.
    Pour into greased pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
    Cool 5 minutes; remove from pan.
    Wrap tightly and store in refrigerator.
