Chinese Spareribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. spareribs*
    4 cloves garlic
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. Kikkoman soy sauce
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Bring to a boil the meat and above ingredients.
    Simmer and stir occasionally; cook for 45 minutes.
