Brown Sugar Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    1/2 c. shortening (can use more butter)
    1 c. sugar
    1 lb. brown sugar
    5 large eggs
    3 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Cream butter, shortening and eggs.
    Add sugars and cream again.
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Add dry ingredients and milk alternately, ending with dry ingredients.
    Add vanilla and nuts. Bake 1 hour and 30 minutes at 325\u00b0.
    Cool in pan.
