Sugar Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 pkg. Sweet 'N Low
    1 c. shortening
    2 eggs
    4 1/2 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 tsp. baking soda
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. milk
    1 1/2 to 2 tsp. vanilla
    2 Tbsp. almond extract
Preparation
    Cream together Sweet 'N Low and shortening.
    Add eggs.
    Sift together dry ingredients.
    Add to creamed mixture.
    Combine milk, vanilla and almond extract.
    Alternate 1/2 of milk mixture to rest of ingredients and mix well.
    Use 1/2 dough at a time and roll out on floured surface.
    Use floured cutters to cut out.
    Bake on ungreased baking sheet at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Makes 5 dozen.
