Nutty Coconut Brunch Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. corn oil
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 c. flaked coconut
    1 c. chopped walnuts
    2 tsp. coconut flavoring
    3 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Grease and flour 10-inch tube pan. Beat eggs well; add sugar, oil and flavoring, blending well.
    Sift flour, soda, baking powder and salt.
    Add alternately with buttermilk to egg mixture, beating well after each addition.
    Fold in coconut and nuts.
    Spoon into prepared pan.
    Bake for 1 1/4 hours, until done.
    Immediately pour Hot Coconut Syrup over hot cake.
