Sherry Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves
1 c. oil
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. zucchini
1 tsp. grated lemon peel
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. sherry
1 c. drained crushed pineapple
1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation

Combine dry ingredients.
Beat together oil, sugar and eggs. Stir in flour mixture.
Add zucchini and flavorings.
Add pineapple and lemon peel (nuts).
Turn into well-greased 10-inch tube pan or Bundt pan; bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until cake tester comes out clean.
Let stand in pan 10 minutes.
Dust top of cake with confectioners sugar.
