Easy Irish Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. raisins
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 Tbsp. caraway seed
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. sour cream
    1 beaten egg
Preparation
    Sift together flour, baking powder, salt and baking soda. Cream together margarine and sugar.
    Add egg and sour cream. Combine liquid mixture and dry ingredients and mix by hand just until dry ingredients are moistened.
    Add raisins and caraway seed. Place in buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Brush with melted butter.
    Make a cross from diagonal corners.
    Sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes and at 325\u00b0 for another 30 minutes.
