Crock-Pot Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    2/3 c. vegetable oil
    1 1/3 c. sugar
    4 mashed bananas
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 to 1 c. nuts
Preparation
    With electric mixer, beat eggs until light and foamy.
    Add oil, sugar, bananas and vanilla; mix well.
    Stir dry ingredients together with nuts, then add to banana mixture.
    Mix well.
    Pour into a greased and floured 2 pound coffee can.
    Place can inside crock-pot and cover with a paper towel.
    Place lid on crock-pot and cook on high setting for 3 to 4 hours or until tests done with toothpick.
