Lemon Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. oil
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. nuts
1 1/2 c. flour
2 eggs
1 grated lemon rind
1/2 tsp. lemon extract
Preparation

Mix well.
Grease and flour a loaf pan.
Preheat oven to 350\u00b0 and bake for 60 to 90 minutes.
Cool 20 minutes in pan, then glaze.
