Multi-Grained Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. warm water
    2 Tbsp. yeast (2 pkg.)
    1/2 c. oil
    1/2 c. honey
    2 tsp. salt
    3 c. bread flour
    2 c. whole-wheat flour
    2 c. unbleached all-purpose flour
    1 c. soy flour
Preparation
    Mix first 5 ingredients together in sequence. Let sit. Take care to keep batter warm enough for yeast. (Put bowl in sink of hot water.) Add 1/2 of each type of flour. Stir in. Let sit while greasing 3 loaf pans. Add remaining flour. Remove from bowl. Knead about 80 times. Place in another oiled bowl. Keep in warm place, covered, for 30 minutes or until double in bulk. Punch down. Knead again just enough to get all bubbles out. Divide dough into thirds and let rise in loaf pans for 15 minutes. Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
