Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

3 c. sugar
3 1/2 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. oil
4 eggs
2/3 c. sherry or rum
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
2 c. pumpkin (16 oz.)
1 c. nuts
Preparation

Mix together dry ingredients, then add eggs, sherry or rum and pumpkin and mix well. Add nuts and stir in. Grease and flour 2 large loaf pans or 4 small pans. Bake large pans 45 minutes to 1 hour or small pans 35 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
