Zucchini Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 sticks margarine
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    8 c. peeled, sliced zucchini
    2/3 c. lemon juice
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix the first 4 ingredients like pie crust.
    Put 1/2 crumbs in ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    To remaining crumb mixture, add 1 teaspoon cinnamon and set aside.
    Cook zucchini in lemon juice until tender.
    Then add sugar, nutmeg and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon.
    Simmer 1 minute, then add 1/2 cup crumb mixture until thickened.
    Cool.
    Place cool mixture in baked crust. Sprinkle remaining crumb mixture over filling.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
