Ingredients

1 bag melting milk chocolate kisses
peppermint oil to taste
1 box Ritz crackers
Preparation

Place chocolate in a tin with a cotton ball (with a few drops of oil) for 2 days. Taste chocolate to see if minty enough; if not, a couple more drops and let set 2 more days. Place chocolate in a microwave bowl and melt. Be sure to stir constantly until chocolate is melted. Dip Ritz crackers into melted chocolate. When both sides are coated, place on cookie sheets lined with wax paper. It won't take long for the cookies to get hard. Store in an airtight container.
