Ingredients

1 c. margarine
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. almond extract
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. flour
sesame seed
strawberry jam
Preparation

Cream margarine and sugar; blend in almond extract and salt. Add flour and mix well.
Shape tablespoon of dough in ball; roll in sesame seed.
Place on ungreased baking sheets; flatten slightly.
Indent center of each; fill with jam.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
Makes approximately 36 cookies.
