Irish Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 lb. melted butter or margarine
2 eggs
1 c. milk
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. raisins
1 Tbsp. caraway seed
Preparation

Sift together the flour, salt and baking powder.
Add melted butter.
Blend together the eggs, milk, sugar, raisins and seed and add to first mixture.
Pour into greased and floured loaf pan and sprinkle sugar on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 3/4 to 1 hour.
